As an athlete, I always believed that quote to be true. I had the desire. I dreamed of becoming a champion. I visualized myself on the top step of that podium. As a trainer, I believe it even more. Do you desire to change your body or to become a champion? Do you have a dream for better life or of being the best? Do you have a vision for what that would be like and for the heights to switch you could soar? I strive to pull those desires, dreams, and visions out of my clients.

My personal training sessions are intense. I used to be one of the gym based trainers with the same old weight lifting routine. I was bored with it and I imagine my clients quickly became bored with it as well.

I believe in doing alot of body weight exercise with functional movements. In everyday life we need real world strength, not the old body builders routine of chest, back, bis, tris, legs – each done seperately while completely ignoring core stability and flexibility.

My workouts constantly change pace. You’ve tried running, you’ve tried swimming, you’ve tried cycling, you’ve spent hours on the elliptical, but still aren’t seeing the results you want. That’s because your body adapts to those stressors and plateaus. We’ll keep your body guessing – and getting stronger.We’ll meet at a central location (Spring, summer, and fall) or your home and include both cardio and strength building exercises. Strength work will be completed with resistance tubing, dumbells, and body weight exercises. Cardio will include running, cardio kick boxing, plyometrics, and wrestling style conditioning. I combine your strength and cardio work into intense intervals that keep your heart rate constantly rising and falling for your entire workout. This is called interval/circuit training.

All clients pay a one time setup fee of $67.50. This includes VO2 Max and Anaerobic threshold testing performed by our friends Endurance Geeks. Your setup provides us with essential data before we start, including body fat percentage, accurate weight, fat weight, VO2 Max, and pinpoint heart rate training zones.

Training:

$50 per hour one on one w/ Chad

No charge for two person split cost….for a third person add $25 per person. Clients at this level have unlimited access to the members only subscription page where you’ll find dozens of prewritten workouts for your personal use.

Custom Written plans:

$35 per week or $120 per month – includes cardio and strength building exercises to take to the gym on your own. Workouts are based upon your personal work schedule and availability – 100% customized. These workouts are delivered via email. You have unlimited phone and email access to Coach Chad with this option.

Access to Members Only page:

$10 per month or $25 for 3 months

Subscription includes unlimited email access to Coach Chad.

In just 6 weeks my clients make huge strides in their fitness. We conduct a baseline fitness test that times your ability to complete a test including 105 pushups, 165 situps, and 230 squats. Top Step conditioning clients improve their times by an average of 33% in 6 weeks. I also time your one mile run ability. My clients improve their times by 1:30 – that’s a 16% improvement – just 6 weeks.
