Wrestle Fit is a cardio intensive total fitness building system that I developed through years of research and trial and error. Wrestle Fit is based upon the principles that I learned as a wrestler and as a competitive endurance athlete. I apply those principles to extreme circuit training that will change your body … and strengthen your mental fortitude.

Who is Wrestle Fit for? Everyone from adults looking to get fit to young men who want to become champions in the toughest sport known to man. I offer private and small group instruction and conditioning for middle and high school wrestlers, mixed martial artists, as well as adults. I have served as Head Wrestling coach at Centennial High School in Franklin, as assistant wrestling coach at Hendersonville High School in Hendersonville, TN, and as an assistant coach for the Williamson County Wrestling Club.Wrestling is where my heart is. I believe it is the most pure form of sport available to boys as they develop their identity and character as young men. Discipline, determination, and heart are vital to becoming successful as a wrestler. I instill those “intangibles” into your kids. With me, they work extremely hard…and they also become champions.
My wrestlers and Wrestle Fit clients learn the techniques vital to becoming the best. Along with technique, their conditioning is what sets them apart from the rest. I make them strong physically and mentally.I work with individuals and small groups on three 10 x 10 x 1.25 Dollamur wrestling mats at a private facility in Franklin, TN. Wrestle Fit clients also condition on treadmills, elliptical machines, and with free weights. Circuit training methods are used to simulate live wrestling intensity. And of course, live wrestling and hard drilling are also used to simulate wrestling intensity.
